Each commission is unique, even the same type of doll of the same character will be different, the process is never the same twice.
Some materials are unique and limited.
For custom we start work after an advance payment.
Three revisions allowed for sketch stage, 1 revision allowed after sewing has begun, additional revisions cost extra.
I will not do vague revisions. Please be specific. No refunds after sketch is approved.
Payment options include Paypal Invoice, Revolut Transfer, and Blik Transfer.
Attempted chargebacks without discussion at any point will be noted as a violation of ToS, and will lead to an immediate and permanent blacklist.
Payment plans are available for larger commissions.
Each portion of the payment plan will contribute towards the completion of a portion of the final piece.
Payment plans need to be discussed upfront.

We are sure of physical goods shipping currently only within the EU, UK and Nordic Countries

We are still figuring out how to deliver other places please be patient.
